How do I care for my air plants once they arrive?
Upon arrival, give your air plants a 20-30 minute soak in room temperature water. Shake off excess water and allow them to dry completely in a well-ventilated area before placing them in their permanent home. Regular misting or weekly soaking is recommended thereafter.
Do you offer a live arrival guarantee?
Yes, we guarantee that your plants will arrive healthy and vibrant. If your plants are damaged or appear unhealthy upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days with a photo, and we will provide a replacement or store credit.
How long does shipping take and is it safe for plants?
We typically process orders within 1-3 business days. We use specialized packaging to ensure the plants remain secure and hydrated during transit. During winter months, we offer heat packs to protect your plants from freezing temperatures.
Can I return non-plant items like terrariums or misters?
Yes, hard goods and accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unused condition. Please note that shipping costs for returns of non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.

Do my air plants need soil to survive?
No, Tillandsia (air plants) are epiphytes, meaning they grow without soil. They absorb moisture and nutrients through their leaves rather than their roots, making them perfect for decorative glass globes, driftwood, or wall mounts.
